celebration is Tuesday
The annual Greencreek 4th of July Celebration will be next Tuesday, July 4 starting with a flag raising at 6 a.m. This year’s grand marshal is Ed Arnzen. The breakfast, cooked by members of St. Anthony’s Society, will start serving at 7 a.m. at the Greencreek Community Hall and continue until 11 a.m. Cost is $7 for 12 and older, $3 for 6-11 year olds and for those under 6 it is free. At noon there will be street sports with the auction and prize drawing set to start at 1 p.m. Also starting at noon the Altar Society will be selling hamburgers and homemade pies. There will be bingo in the hall all day and a beergarden will be set up outside. As always there are kiddies rides set up outside. Come join the fun and celebrate the 4th at Greencreek. |
