earn straight A's at PHS
Ten students earned perfect 4.0 grade point averages for the second quarter of the 2006-07 school year at Prairie High School. They were Carolyn Sonnen and Kayla Uhlenkott, seniors; Sarah Arnzen, Jessica Gehring and Jacob Wimer, juniors; Laura Gehring and Emily Lerandeau, sophomores and Andrew Gabica, NaTosha Schaeffer and David Sigler, freshmen. Seniors earning high honors (3.5 and higher gpa) were Shayla Dalgliesh, Anthony Duman, Diana Geis, Vanessa Hylton, Daniel Riener, Keith Schultz, Randi Schumacher, Daniel Sigler, Tabitha Sonnen, Vit Spanhel and Kylie Uhlorn. Juniors earning high honors were Sienna Benton, Lauren Duman, Brooke Holthaus, Nick Johnson, Alex Richardson, Kim Schaeffer, Tiffany Schaeffer and Doris Whitley. Sophomores making the high honors list were Kyle Daly, Rachel Kaschmitter, Leora Laurino and Kristi Poxleitner. Freshman on the high honors list were Amber Frei, James Hager, Kyle Holthaus, Kelsey Marker, Brandon Poxleitner, Derek Schaeffer and Wyatt Williams.
