Wemhoff awarded scholarship
Ave Maria University is happy to announce that Cori Wemhoff of Grangeville, Idaho has been selected Cori Wemhoffas a recipient of the AMU Citizenship Scholarship.  In light of the University’s mission to educate the whole person for the betterment of society, this scholarship is awarded to select students who have exhibited a dedication to academic endeavors as well as notable service to their communities.  Cori is a student at Summit Academy and Saint Anthony’s Catholic Church both in Cottonwood.  Her involvement in student government, drama, knowledge bow, basketball, and volleyball, extensive volunteer activities, as well as organizing a wide variety of community oriented projects and events are a few of the many features which contributed to Cori receiving the scholarship.  The University will offer Cori a four year comprehensive education in the liberal arts and in one of ten majors.  The University website may be accessed at www.avemaria.edu.  Congratulations Cori!
