Greencreek celebration is Friday
Greencreek’s annual 4th of July celebration is set to open with a flag raising at 6 a.m. this Friday, July 4.
Grand marshal this year is Ken Schmidt.
The famous Greencreek 4th of July breakfast will begin serving at 7 a.m. at the Greencreek Hall and last until 11 a.m. Cost is $7 for age 12 and older, $3 for 6-11 year olds with children under 6 served free.
For the younger set there are kiddies rides set up with street sports to start at noon. 
The annual auction and prize drawing will start at 1 p.m.
The Altar Society will start selling hamburgers and homemade pies at noon.
There will also be a beergarden set up outside.
Inside the hall there will be bingo all day long.
