Letter to the Editor
I’d like to know how far back do you have news paper records.  I am a former resident and Hi School Graduate there. 
I’m writing my life History and as I remember they like a 6 sided I call a Block House maybe an adult as I remember holes were cut in each section and 2x6 pcs. I believe had hinges made out of leather.  The top of the Block House was open as well as one door my father a Dentist Dr. W.C. Loft.  I’d like to include older items of my home town I went to Catholic grade school and the High School.  The building as I remember I was about 8 years.  I was born in 1923, the building as I recall was about 200 ft. or so below Cottonwood Elevator.  When a storm hit Elevators I was home and saw the fire.  I’d like anyone in and around cottonwood that has information to write me at 34414 Boulder Lane, Lenore ID 83541 – 6236.  208-836-5757.
