Beer garden supports youth pilgrimage
By Betty Clark
The youth in Cottonwood are planning a pilgrimage to Italy. This trip will be held during Spring Break of 2009.
The youth, parents and adults attending will expand the faith in a whole new environment. The youth are raising money to support this trip. During every year we hold a few major fundraisers including the spaghetti feed, selling wood and the Beer Garden.
The Beer Garden is held every year during the Idaho County Fair, in the city park right across the street from the fair grounds. This year along with beer we will be serving different types of barbecue wings. The new addition to the Beer Garden will be the breakfast held Thursday through Saturday during the Fair. The breakfast will be biscuits and gravy and it will be served from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. Everyone is invited.
The Beer Garden will be open starting Wednesday, August 20 through Saturday, August 23. Please come and enjoy and help support the youth of Cottonwood attend a life changing pilgrimage to Italy.
