Estate planning seminar offered
A free one-day estate planning seminar aimed primarily at agri-business and small business but available to anyone is set for Tuesday, Feb. 10 at Lewis-Clark State College.
It is being offered by the Farm Business Management Program at Boise State University and will be presented by Loren J. Eddy, Attorney.
It will be held in Room 10 of the Whitman Building on the LCSC Campus and is set to start at 9:30 a.m.
It will run until 3:30 p.m. with a break for no-host lunch from 12 noon to 1 p.m.
Topics will be Wills, Living Wills, Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Long Term Care Planning, Medicaid-Qualifications & Estate recovery, Gift/Estate Tax, Annual Gift Exclusion and more.
