Summit high school honor roll
Third quarter honor roll students were released this week by officials at Summit Academy, recognizing four students with a 4.00 maximum high honor status, eight more with grade points at 3.75 or better, earning them high honors, and another two students whose 3.50 or better average earned them honors.
The 4.00 students were junior Dylan Prigge, sophomore Rachel Wemhoff, and frosh Savannah Prigge and Rachel Uhlenkott.
High honor students were seniors Michael Hattrup-3.86, Dustin Lustig-3.91, and Joseph Lustig-3.80.  Juniors with the same honors were Josh Frei-3.77, Tara Stubbers-3.97, and Margaret Yalbuw-3.94.  Two freshmen earned this honor, Nicole Frei-3.97 and Derek Nuxoll-3.97.
The two honor students named were senior Kim Frei and sophomore Jamie Chmelik, both with 3.66 averages.
Perfect attendance records for the quarter at the high school included senior Michael Hattrup, juniors Tara Stubbers, Jennifer Wemhoff, and Margaret Yalbuw, sophomore Rachel Wemhoff, and frosh austin Chmelik, Savanna Kuther, Michael Rehder, and Josh Schlader.

Summit Spring play set for April 30-May 2
Summit Academy's Spring Play, Alladin Jr. is set to be performed at the Summit Academy gym April 30-May 2.
Preformances are set for 7:30 p.m. each night with an additional matinee performance at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 2.
Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for students in grades K-12 with 5 year old and under free. Family passes are available for $20.
