Greencreek celebration is Saturday
Greencreek’s annual 4th of July Celebration is set for this Saturday and will start with a flag raising at 6 a.m.
Grand Marshal this year is Monsignor Andy Schumacher, a Greencreek native and former pastor for the local Tri-Parish.
The famous breakfast will start serving at 7 a.m. and will continue until 10 a.m. Cost is $7 for ages 12 and up, $3 for 6-11 year olds and under 6 will be served free.
At noon there will be street sports for the children and at 1 p.m. the auction will start with the prize drawing also to be held.
There will be bingo in the hall all day with the Altar Society selling hamburgers and homemade pies starting at noon.
Kiddie rides will run all day and there will be a beergarden for the adults.
