art show is set
The Central Idaho Art Association's 41st. Spring Art Show will take place April 29, 30 and May 1st at the Historical Museum basement 305 N. College, Grangeville Idaho. A meeting will be held Tuesday, April 27th at Oscar's Restaurant, Grangeville, with a no-host lunch. Original art by area artists will then be accepted that afternoon from 1:30 pm until 7 pm. at the Museum. Gloria Teats will be the Featured Artist this year. The show will be open to the public Thursday the 29th from 9 am until 5 pm, Friday from 9 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 10 am until 4 pm when art work will be picked up. Raffle tickets for an original painting by Ellamae Holes are available from any CIAA member and at the Show for $1 and six chances for $5. The drawing will take place Saturday at 4 pm.
