Booster Club team wins tournament

The Prairie Booster Club team was the winning team at the Theme Volleyball Tournament held last Wednesday, April 28 at the PHS gym. Rodeo team competes at Lewiston
Last weekend’s rodeo was held at the Rocking Y Arena in Lewiston.  With just one more rodeo weekend left, several team members are in good standings to qualify for state competition.  The team will travel to Cambridge May 8th and 9th for their final chance at overall points.  
Team members who turned in points last completion are Kelsey Tidwell -8th place Barrels and 10th in poles on day one; Callie Mader – 7th place goats on day one and 2nd in barrels and 6th in goats on day two; Hillaree Vanderpas – 6th place in breakaway on day one; NaTosha Schaeffer – 4th place in breakaway, 7th in goats on day two; and MaKayla Schaeffer – 9th place in barrels, 7th in poles on day one.  Also, the team of NaTosha and MaKayla  took 4th in team roping on day two.
