The Tree of Lights Memorial Service, “Our Heavenly Stars” sponsored by: The Staff and Volunteers of Syringa Hospital & Clinics Hospice Program is set for Sunday, December 5th. The doors open at 1:30 p.m. and the program starts at 2:00 p.m. at Syringa Hospital & Clinics, The Soltman Center, 600 W Main Street, Grangeville, Idaho The Candlelight Service will include a Memorial Service for Loved Ones, Music and Inspirational Poems To allow time for preparation of the personalized, handmade ornaments, your donation and the name(s) of those you wish to memorialize should be received no later than NOVEMBER 30, 2010 Please mail or deliver your memorials to: Syringa Hospital & Clinics Hospice 607 West Main Street Grangeville, Idaho 83530 Or Pick up an envelope/form at either entrance of the hospital or download from our Website: http://www.syringahospital.org/ and mail or deliver to the hospital, 607 W Main Street, Grangeville, ID 83530. |
