Letters to the editor from this week's Chronicle:

Dear Editor
Now that a touch of sense has come through the courts and the wacko megaload opponents are deciding what to do next, I have a suggestion......... No, I'd better not say that in the paper. Why don't they just wait for the trucks to go and fulfill their predictions? When the 4 Conoco-Phillips loads all break through the pavement and get stuck, fall in the river and kill all the fish between here and the Pacific, stop all the tourists and fishermen for the next few years, keep Borg up every night for weeks, plug all the turnouts on the highway, stop all emergency vehicle traffic, destroy all the trees, wildlife, and private businesses along the route, and bankrupt the states of Idaho and Montana like the goofies claim, they can say "na na na na na, we told you so!"  And that would stop the 207 Imperial loads with no further effort or cost. Too simple, huh?
