Prairie hosts wrestling meet
The Prairie wrestling team hosted a meet last Tuesday, Feb. 8 and held senior night ceremonies for Mitch Jungert.

103 lbs.-Tyler Ross pinned Marcus Towerton of Grangeville.
112 lbs.-Alex Duman pinned Anthony Lott of Kamiah.
119 lbs.-Tayler Heitman won by pin over both Anthony Lott of Kamiah and Todd Marshall of Potlatch.
130 lbs. Kade Perrin defeated Ryan Simler of Kamiah 12-2 and won by pin over Tanner Schwartz of Orofino and Ray Craig of Grangeville.
135 lbs.-Damian McWilliams pinned Dylan Johnson of Orofino.
152 lbs.-Garrett Schmidt defeated Jesse Keeler of Grangeville 8-3 and pinned Gregg Camden of Orofino.
285 lbs.-Mitch Jungert pinned Trvor Hopkins of Orofino then lost by injury default to Gabe Paul of Grangeville.
Without the injury by Jungert Prairie would have swept their matches.
This Saturday they travel to Kootenai High School for the District meet which starts at 10 a.m.
