Rachel Wemhoff of Grangeville, a recently graduated senior at Summit Academy in Cottonwood, is one of 8 high school seniors in the state of Idaho to be awarded a $1500 scholarship by Northwest Farm Credit Services.
Eight high school students and 3 college students who are children of NFCS customers in the states of Idaho, Washington, Montana and Oregon are awarded these scholarships.
Wemhoff is the daughter of Roger and Annette Wemhoff of Grangeville and graduated from Summit Academy with a 4.0 GPA. She was the co-captain of both the volleyball and basketball teams and was the student body president. She will attend Benedictine College in Kansas.
