YWCA outreach office to hold open house
The Grangeville outreach office of the YWCA will host an open house Thursday July 21 from 1:00 to 4:00. The office is located at 221 W. Main Street above H&R Block. Everyone is invited to meet the new advocate for Idaho and Lewis Counties, Kristy Beckstead. Enjoy refreshments and learn of the services, resources, and information that are available. The YWCA provides a variety of supportive services to victims and survivors of domestic and sexual abuse, stalking, and dating violence. The YWCA is dedicated to empowering women, eliminating racism, and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all. It is committed to building a strong community by actively promoting the value of diversity and the right to a life free from violence, poverty and oppression.
