The six member band hails from Moscow, Idaho and features a saxophonist, lead singer, drummer, keyboard player, lead and bass guitars.  “They’re a show band which means they entertain the audience with their own dancing, coordinated lights and great stage design and props,” said Jeanette Gorman, Community Relations Coordinator.  “This will be their third year at our fundraiser.  We invited them back because they always have everyone on the dance floor playing songs that everyone recognizes.”
The event will also feature a dinner by Dining on the Edge, a silent dessert auction, a live auction of vacation packages and a wine, brew and champagne tree, plus auctions of specially decorated tabletop trees and holiday wreaths.
CVHC and St. Mary’s Hospital and Clinics partner to provide healthcare for Idaho, Lewis and Clearwater counties.  SMHC is hosting a Mardi Gras fundraiser in February.
“We host fundraisers for a variety of reasons. Of course, we use proceeds to  support our programs and services, but we sometimes we use the monies as matching funds to obtain other grants,” said Gorman. “It’s also a nice way of staying in touch with our patients and community supporters.”
Tickets are $50/person for the holiday event. The evening begins with a no host social hour at 5:30 and dinner at 6:30 p.m. followed by the live auction then dancing to the Kingpins.
