Library News
New replacement books this week are IT by Steven King and TASK by Don Berry.  If you are a reader of either author they are back on the shelf and available.  The Cowboy's Series by author Leigh Greenwood is still available and guaranteed a good read.  No one writes a western like Leigh Greenwood! No one brings the American West to life rich in flavor and piquant with desire.  Drew, the latest addition in The Cowboys series, captures the sights and sounds of the fascinating Buffalo Bill type Wild West Show.  Greenwood's unforgettable characters make this a rousing and fabulously brand of humor, and a very happy ending:  what more  could a reader want?  Completely enjoyable!
It was another whirl-wind week at the library.  Several more books were "weeded" by Stacie and Mardel and the shelves now have space for books that were once stacked on
top of each other and hard to find.  Many of the paper back romance novels including westerns, are leaving the library and are available to anyone who would like to give them a new home.
If you missed Matt Protratz's  presentation in Ferdinand last Friday evening you missed out on one of the most powerful inspirational messages ever.  There was a nice crowd in attendance and his books sold out.  The footage of his riding skills were phenomenal and his testimonial was life changing.  It is a must see for every age group.  His love for and interest in the youth perks his desire to do school assemblies. If you would like to see this presentation, please let it be known to the school so arrangements can be made.  Matt will be presenting in the Grangeville school in the near future.  Matt's book "Two Hands", is for sale in the library.  It is also on the shelf for check out.  You can visit Matt at MattPotratz.com to stay updated on his continuing recovery and watch the heart-stopping avalanche video.
