New caucus system instituted
New for 2012 the Idaho Republican Party has instituted a caucus system for choosing Idaho Republican Presidential  candidate.  This new system of voting along with the earlier date will allow Idaho to play a greater role in the selection of our next GOP presidential candidate .  
Requirements to participate  are: you must be a registered voter and must declare Republican Party affiliation. 
17 year olds that will be 18 on November 6 of 2012 and who  fill out a voter registration and party affiliation card are eligible to vote in the 2012 Idaho caucus.  
All voters must bring a photo ID in order to vote and those who are registering to vote night of caucus need to bring proof of address and have lived in Idaho County for 30 days.
Caucus for Idaho County will be held in Grangeville at the Grangeville Elementary/Middle School, 400 S Idaho.  Doors will open at 6:00 P.M. for registration Voting to begin 7:00 P.M.
