39 earn straight A's at PJHS
There were 39 students who earned perfect 4.0 grade point averages at Prairie Junior-Senior High School during the second quarter of the 2011-12 school year.
They were Mckenzie Candalot, Torin Dalgliesh, MaKayla Schaeffer and Megan Sigler in the senior class; Logan Dahlen, Alex Duman, Nathan McElroy, Kaden Perrin, Tanna Schlader, Frank Spencer and Claire Whitley in the junior class; Beka Bruner, Clark Bruno, Abi Chmelik, Drew Cochran, Casey Danly, Joseph Goldmeer, Daun Hoene and Shaney Perrin in the sophomore class; Stellina Laurino, Emily McHugh and Whitney Sonnen in the freshman class; Jake Bruner, Hailey Danly, Brandon Higgins, Kendra Linderman, Marisa Lustig, Talyss Lustig, Maria Munger, Sarah Seubert, Abbie Uhlenkott and Krystin Uhlenkott in the 8th grade and Selena Davila, Haley Enneking, Darlene Gehring, Ryan Glimp, Allycia Hale, Stephanie Jungert and Chaye Uptmor in the 8th grade.
Students earning high honors (3.5-3.99 grade point average) in the senior class were Micah Bartlett, Jenny Gimmeson, Samantha Keating, Troy Lorentz, MeShel Rad, Josh Roeper and Kyle Uhlenkott.
Juniors on the high honors list were Ashley Cannon, Rachel Falzon, Stephanie Gimmeson, Taylor Heitman, Matthew Jungert, Hyerin Kim, Tyler Latimer, Garrett Schmidt, Kendall Schumacher, Kelsey Tidwell and Shelby VonBargen.
Sophomore high honor students were Gabe Angus, Lukas Enneking, Jared Higgins, Jessica Kaschmitter, Dakota Wilson and Sky Wilson.
Freshman earning high honors were Lucas Arnzen, Mason Dalgliesh, Natasha Gimmeson, Bryson Higgins, Jessica Riener, Tanner Ross, Rhett Schlader and Rosemary Trautman.
8th graders making the high honors list were Lauren Alfrey, Devin Bruegeman, Calvin Hinkelman, Sierra Latimer, Daniel Mager, Rebecca Phillips, Hanna Ross, Isaiah Shears, Phillip Spencer and Shayla VonBargen.
7th grade high honor students were Brandon Anderson, Lindsey Goeckner, Haley Gortsema, Todd Ott, Nicole Poxleitner, Laina Sonnen, Tiffany Sonnen, Melody Temes, Kylie Tidwell, Faith Uhlenkott and Terran Vanator.
Seniors making the honors list (3.0-3.49 gpa) were Breanna Bianchi, Tim Frei, Monica Lustig, Savannah Moudy, Samantha Poxleitner, Demetria Riener, Justin Schmidt, Cody Schumacher, Shawn Seubert, Amanda Stinson and Josh Zigler.
Juniors earning honors were Christopher Bradley, Seth Chaffee, Amanda Dinning, Martine Everson, Jake Fernandez, Cheryl Gehring, Marcus Higgins, Chris Hoene, Andrea Kaschmitter, Kantapol Kittihakorn, Levi Lustig, Callie Mader, Tannor Ratcliff, Mackenzie Rieman, Tyler Ross, Cassidy Stubbers and Tyler Workman.
Making the honors list from the sophomore class were Dylon Bruegeman, Westin Crenshaw, Appy Enriquez, Marina-Rae Evans, Marissa Evans, Tyler Hankerson, Leah Holthaus, Jacey Langston, Lydia Lustig, Katherine Nida, Keely Schmidt and George Weaver.
Freshmen on the honors list were Derrick Falzon, Kellie Heitman, Ali Hoene, Dally Ratcliff and Holli Uhlorn.
8th graders earning honors were Max Fernandez, Andrew Geis, Lance Goeckner, Trevor Shipley, Michael Temes and Kevin Tillinghast.
