to serve as interim CEO
St. Mary’s and Clearwater Valley Hospitals and Clinics would like to announce that Lenne Bonner, CFO, SMH/CVHC, has accepted the interim CEO position for both our facilities. 
Casey Meza will be stepping out of her current role as CEO of SMH/CVHC effective June 4, 2012. At that time Lenne will take over the management of the facilities. Casey will still be involved until June 29 and will help Lenne to make this transition. Lenne has worked very closely with Casey for the last 6 years and has a very clear understanding of where the hospitals have been and where they need to go. Lenne graduated high school from Kamiah and received her BS in Accounting from the University of Idaho in 1999. She is also a licensed CPA. At this time, the Board of Directors has expressed the desire to have Lenne remain in this position until they complete a strategic planning process. At the conclusion of that process, a decision will be made as to the posting of the permanent CEO position. The CVHC and SMH Administration will keep everyone apprised of the status of this important work being done by the board and administration. We would like to thank our patients for their understanding during this time of transition. We are very excited about the future of St. Mary’s and Clearwater Valley Hospitals and Clinics and plan to forge ahead with successful initiatives already in place as well as new opportunities on the horizon. |
