Library News
It's and exciting week at the Library with Summer Reading kick off scheduled for Thursday at 1:30.  So kids, get ready for some fun as we DREAM BIG, READ!  This will continue each Thursday until the end of July.
1:30 to 3: pm is the time.  Bring your Mom (or Dad), your kid sisters or brothers and enjoy the fun.  There will be stories, crafts and much more.  Don't miss it.
If you have the coupon inserts SMART CHOICE or P and G found in the Sunday news paper and do not use them, please drop them off at the Library.  This will assist Kendall Schumacher with her Senior Project and also help the food bank.  For more information call Kendall at 962-2402.
A reminder to drop in and view the paintings by Christine Munger as they will only be on display for a short time.  Note cards by Christine are available in the library also.
New arrivals for adults are being placed on the shelves weekly and the volunteers are currently working on the children's section removing the worn out books.  They will be replaced by new ones in the near future.
Volunteers are always welcome at the library.  A story hour for the little ones is in the planning but volunteer readers are needed for this to become reality.  If you are interested in reading for an hour or so please contact the library at 962-3714.  Thanks to all of you who support the library in so many different ways.  Because of your generosity the library is growing and becoming viable and visible.
