earn GEDs at NICI
Eleven men completed their GED Certificates at the North Idaho Correctional Institution and graduated on August 1, 2012. Bill Farmer recognized the importance of completing educational goals and moving forward in life. Wendy Kaschmitter received a special award for modeling the importance of education and moving on in setting and completing life goals. Wendy has worked for the Robert Janss School for just over two years; she earned her bachelors degree and was recently promoted to a drug and alcohol rehabilitation specialist position at NICI. Mr. Farmer also recognized Dawn Kennedy-Haeder, who will finish a nine-year career as a teacher at NICI at the end of this month. |
