Although the classes offered in this area are enrichment classes, you can be awarded a CEU (Continuing Education Unit) for some of them.  A CEU is a nationally recognized unit of measure for non-credit classes.  A CEU is different from an academic credit and is not a professional or academic certification.  However, many organizations recognize the CEU when considering promotions, salary increases and transfers.  
SIGNS OF THE TIMES: AN INTRO TO SIGN LANGUAGE   (This is a CEU Class!)

Did you know that babies can learn to sign their needs well before they can talk?  Teaching your baby sign language will help develop their language skills as well as eliminate a lot of frustration!  Do you want to learn the basics of a new language for yourself?   This four session class for teens & adults, taught by a teacher with a BA in American Sign Language, will open new horizons!
