Well, it is over for another year. The annual Bräts and Brew fund raiser was a huge success. The official report is not complete but all indications are that it was the biggest and best yet. Thanks to everyone who donated, sponsored, attended, or helped in so many different ways. It was overwhelming. The crowd was fantastic. Both young and old were in attendance and participated throughout the evening. The Cofeey Twins and the Satins were once again the highlight of the evening with their music and entertainment. Elvis was in the building to the delight of the audience. The auction items were well received along with the ” beverage dispenser.” A special thank you to the NICI group who helped set up the hall on Thursday and the Boy Scouts along with their families and friends, who came on Sunday and took tables and chairs down and put them in the storage area. We appreciate you so much. Also thanks to all the businesses for their support all year long. Details next week as this writer has taken my new pole and Gone Fishing !! |
