Letters to the editor from this week's Chronicle:

To the Editor
I’ve just begun reading the stories in the 150 Years – Our Story, but already I’m in awe of the Hoenes and others in the community who spearheaded this project.  The stories are touching, funny, and filled with facts that amaze me.  Doctor Wesley Orr delivered 7,000 babies – really?  You could finance a refrigerator for $12, $1 down and $1 a month – seriously?    I can relate to butchering chickens, wearing home-sewn clothes, and eating graham crackers with icing in between.  My Kopczynski siblings are chatting via phone about the stories and I’m feeling grateful that the dream of this project came to fruition.  Thank you everyone in Cottonwood and surrounding areas for providing us with lasting, written memories.
