ministy activities for June
Debbie will be at the Convocation in Boise from June 3rd through June 6th. On June 10th the youth walking in the Relay for Life will meet at the OMG on June 10th @ 7:00 p.m. On June 13th the youth attending the Steubenville Conference in Spokane will be hosting a car wash at the fire station from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On June 14th the Steubenville youth will be hosting a barbeque lunch on main street from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. All are welcome. On June 24th the Jr. High and High School youth will cleaning the highway from 10:00 to 12:00 p.m. Meet at Debbie's office at 9:30 a.m. Bring your gloves. The Relay for Life youth will be delivering haystacks from 11:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. Call Debbie at 962-3214 if you would like to order. All High School youth are invited to the "Fun in The Son" overnight retreat hosted by the Tri-Parish youth on June 28th-29th. Everyone will meet at Keuterville at 3:00 p.m.. Call Debbie for more information. Fundraisers with a cause Is your car ready for a fresh summer look? The youth who are attending the Steubenville Conference in Spokane are hosting a car wash at the Fire station on June 13th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We look forward to seeing you and remember, all dirty cars are welcome! Cost is by donation Attention Cottonwood Businesses; On June 14th the youth heading to the Steubenville Conference in July will hosting an all day barbeque, (we are hoping to be in front of the OMG youth room on main street). We will be serving from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Our menu is hamburgers and hot dogs with all the trimmings, potato salad, baked beans, jello salad, lemon aide and dessert. Suggested donation will be adults $10.00, Kindergarten through sixth grade, $7.50. Watch the paper and bulletin for more details. Sorry no deliveries The Relay for Life Team will be hosting their annual “Haystack Lunch Delivery” on June 26th from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The team will be going around town to the businesses to drop off order forms prior to this date.
