Crop Tour is July 30
The University of Idaho Extension, Lewis Soil Conservation District and Natural Resources Conservation Service are sponsoring a Prairie Area Cover Crop Tour on Tuesday, July 30, meeting at the Lewis County Extension Office in Nezperce at 9:15 a.m. The group will carpool to the cover crop demonstration trial at the Drew Leitch Farm and the demonstration site next to Nezperce. An overview of the project will be presented by Ken Hart, Extension Educator. Other speakers will include Kevin Seitz, NRCS, Vern McMaster, LSCD and Jim Church, Extension Educator.
