2nd overall at Crosscountry meet
Sky Wilson finished 2nd overall at the Troy Invitational Cross Country Meet Thursday, August 29. Wilson of Prairie High School is competing as part of the Highland team this fall. She was part of Highland’s winning girls team at the meet. Wilson had a time of 20:30 for the 4250 meter race, second behind teammate Makayla Kaufman who finished in 19:58. Sydney Glimp of Prairie finished 9th overall in a time of 27:41. Ryan Glimp competed on the Highland boys team, which competed as a JV team. He was third among JV runners and the top finisher for Highland with a time of 22:05.
