Academy rolls out the red carpet
Ladies pull out that gown you've been saving to wear and Gents dust off that tux and join your friends on the red carpet as Summit Academy presents "A Night at the Movies". Tickets are now on sale for Summit Academy's 16th Annual Mystery Night Fundraiser October 5th at the Greencreek Community Hall. Plan on enjoying an evening of glitz and glamour as Hollywood comes to the Prairie. Who knows, you may even see your favorite movie stars in costume! A $125 donation includes admission for you and your guest, refreshments, no-host bar, and an entry into the raffle. In the evening's elimination raffle you could be one of the lucky winners on stage claiming up to $400 cash, one of 43 lesser prizes, or the Grand Prize of $10,000 in gift certificates to be used at these fine businesses: Lindsley's Furniture & Appliances, Sonnen Meats, Les Swab Tire Center-Grangeville, Intermountain Feed Supply, Hoene Hardware, B&A Performance Auto, Chesky Woodworking or Cottonwood Foods Doors open at 5:00 pm. The live auction begins at 7:00 pm with the raffle immediately following. Come early and browse through the silent auction items as you enjoy your free drink from the bar. Following the auction, the evening continues as raffle tickets are drawn out. Every tenth ticket is a winner granting that lucky person a trip on stage to select their prize. Only 350 tickets are sold so the odds of winning are fantastic! The suspense grows as all but ten tickets are eliminated. These lucky Final Ten individuals all receive a prize. The mystery is finally revealed as the last ticket is drawn and the 2013 Mystery Night Grand Prize winner is announced! There is no other award show like this one!
