Life & Death Matters:  Writing an Obituary
Tues. Nov. 5th& 12th; 6–8pm
Instructor:  Dawn Kennedy-Haeder; $25
At:  GEMS
The newspapers no longer write obituaries for you.  How can you summarize a life, make it interesting, portray a person’s personality and be true to his or her memory in a newspaper column or two?  What information is necessary for future genealogists to research who, what, where, when and why.  Would you like to write your own obituary?  What if you think you’re not a writer?  Find the answers in this four hour workshop, taught by an English teacher and published author.
