Winter Yoga Series to start
Want a reason to get out of the house during the long winter months; consider attending the winter yoga series which is sponsored by St. Mary’s Hospital.  This winter yoga series will begin on January 8 and will be held every Wednesday through February 26 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm.  The classes will be held in the Cottonwood Community hall.  Yoga helps with circulation, depression, lowers the risk of heart disease and generally helps you lead a healthier life.  Everyone is invited regardless of age, ability, gender or physical condition.
Cost for the eight week series is $56; if you are unable to commit to the entire 8 week series consider signing up for a five week series for only $35or there is a $10 charge for individual classes.  Fees are collected at the beginning of class; checks or cash will be accepted however they are not set up to accept credit or debit cards.  Participants should wear comfortable stretchy clothes; bring a yoga mat, towel and a belt.  If you do not have a yoga mat you may be able to purchase/borrow one from the instructor.  No registration is needed; and participants do not need to attend all eight classes.
Sue Lattin, Registered Yoga instructor will facilitate the classes.  Lattin completed a 280 hour program in Yoga Motion Teacher Training.  Lattin is also a licensed Massage Therapist; if you would like to schedule a massage call the Grangeville clinic at 983-6027
