GriefShare program
Are you grieving the loss of a loved one?  A new session of the 13-week GriefShare grief recovery program will begin next Monday, January 13, at 6:15 p.m., at Trinity Lutheran Church in Grangeville (registration begins at 5:45 pm).  GriefShare is a helpful, nondenominational faith-based program that helps participants through their journey from mourning to joy.  The registration fee is $15, and scholarships are available.  Previous participants are welcome to attend at no charge to make up missed meetings or repeat topics of interest.  New participants can join at any time: each session is self-contained, and is accompanied by a 35-minute video and workbook.
Previous participants have commented, "GriefShare helped me to keep my focus upward and keep trudging forward." "I especially liked the Christ-centered approach and helpful advice from others who have been there." "Tremendous impact--this has healed my life. Really." "I liked everything about the group."

New support group started
A new program called DivorceCare is now offered in Grangeville. DivorceCare is a 13-week video-based support group for people who are divorced, separated, or going through a divorce, and is helpful regardless of how long ago the divorce occured.  It is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences, led by people who understand what you are going through.  Don’t go through separation or divorce and recovery alone. Previous participants have commented,
"It brought me stability, healing, and hope for the future."
"Best thing I've ever done for myself."
"DivorceCare has changed me from bitter and angry to forgiving."
"Every chapter, every word, every page was used to help restore my life."
"It helped me release my anger and depression and take responsibility for my actions."
DivorceCare meets on Sunday afternoons from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church.  The registration fee is $20, including the workbook. Child care and scholarships are available.  For more information, contact DivorceCare leader Jenneane Musegades at (208) 451-6236 or info@grangevilletrinitylutheran.org.  More information and video clips are available on the DivorceCare web site, www.divorcecare.org.
