Help sought for school supply drive
Would you like to see each student in the local school districts begin classes with all the supplies needed to begin the school year?  Could you help St. Mary’s Hospital and clinics get school supplies for needy students?
SMH is once again gathering school supplies for needy students in the Cottonwood, Nezperce, Kamiah and Craigmont schools.  “Not all families can afford the cost of school supplies and because the need seems to increase each year, we are once again approaching members of the community to help with the project,” said Cheri Holthaus, Community Relations Coordinator for St. Mary’s Hospital.
Boxes will be placed in the Cottonwood, Nezperce, Kamiah and Craigmont medical clinics from August 18th thru August 28th.  Any and all new or very gently used school supplies are needed.  Please drop them off at any one of the four clinics and the supplies will be distributed to the schools.  If you would prefer not shop, cash donations are always welcome; those could also be dropped off at one of the clinics or mailed to Cheri Holthaus-PO Box 237-Cottonwood, Idaho  83522.  The cash will be used to purchase additional school supplies.
Help put a smile on the face of a grateful student, parent or teacher and donate some school supplies today.
