The library will be open on Thursday, August 21 and closed on Saturday, August 23 for the fair. We hope to see you all there. Fair time means selling 4-H animals. It is a good time to get animals to butcher. It is prime meat and many of them are resold for market price. So if you buy a hog you can make sausage for the Bräts & Brew Fest coming up on October 25th. It seems like every family has their own secret recipe that they think is best. We need lots of entries so the people can be the judge. We also want to encourage entries in Open Class at the Fair. Have you figured out what you can take? It makes it more fun if you have entered some baked goods, flowers, canned food, pictures or whatever your talent is.
