Keep The Money in the Family – Plan your Estate!
Tues. Oct. 14th; 6:30-8:30pm
By: Jenneane Musegades; Cost: $20
At:  GEMS Community Room
Is it worth my time and money to have an estate plan?  Is a simple Will enough or should I have a trust?  I told my family who I want to take care of my kids – is that enough?  What are the options for land rich/cash poor farm families?  It’s hard enough to deal with the loss of a loved one without adding the legal issues of losing most of the estate to taxes.  A little pre-planning can make the process so much easier.  Learn the difference between a Will and Trust and the burdens of each.  Long-term care financial decisions, living wills and powers of attorney are also part of the estate planning process.  Learn the plan that is perfect for your family.
