Remembering Esther
On October 18th, I will be participating in San Diego, California, in the Alzheimer's Association Walk along with other members of my family.  Our team name is “Remembering Esther,” in honor of our mother, who died of complications of Alzheimer’s disease earlier this year.
I would greatly appreciate it if you would be willing to support me and my team in our goal to raise $3,000 to fight Alzheimer’s.  I’ve attached a letter with more information as well as a contribution form.  You may mail a check to me, or mail it to the address in San Diego, or go onto the website http://act.alz.org and donate under the team name “Remembering Esther.” Please send any contributions before October 10th, so I have time to get them turned in.
“Remembering Esther” team members include Lyle Kuther, PO Box 96, Craigmont, ID 82523, 208-924-5474, Karol (Kuther) Holthaus, PO Box 38, Ferdinand, ID 83526, and Roselyn (Kuther) Nuttman, 254 Nuttman Road, Keuterville, ID 82422, as well as a number of other family members and friends.
Many of you have a loved one, or know someone whose life has been touched by this terrible disease.  Together, we can end Alzheimer’s, the nation’s sixth-leading cause of death.
Thank you so much for your support!
Lyle Kuther
