A kidney for Kori
Kori Day, daughter of Tara Day and the late John Day, and girlfriend of Cottonwood’s Chase Nuxoll, was diagnosed with a kidney disease call Mono Proliferative Glomerulo Nephritis when she was 10 years old.
She’s 21 now and working part time at St. Joe’s Cancer Center but will need a kidney transplant in the near future. She is currently on the transplant waiting list.
To help raise money for Kory and her medical expenses there will be a fundraiser Saturday, Oct. 11 at the Eagles Lodge in Lewiston, located at 1310 Main Street starting at 5 p.m.
There will be a Spaghetti Feed for $5 a plate, live and silent auctions, drinks and dancing with DJ Rocky Reynolds and of course tons of fun!
You can also donate to “Kori’s Kidney Fund” at Potlatch No. 1 Federal Credit Union.
For any questions you can contact Ashley Covert at 208-305-7349.
