Hospitals receive recognition
In recognition of the tremendous accomplishments that have been achieved in rural healthcare this year; leaders from the rural health community from across the country will celebrate National Rural Health Day on November 20th.  In support of this recognition, iVantage HealthAnalaytics, an organization which created the first national hospital ratings system over 20 years ago, has developed a data-driven program designed to identify excellence across a broad spectrum of indicators relevant to hospital performance and patient care.
Both St. Mary’s and Syringa Hospitals have been recognized for excellence in Patient Satisfaction and Syringa Hospital was also recognized for excellence in Quality.
iVantage and The National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health (NOSORH) recognize Idaho as having 22 hospitals which reached the top 25% performance status in Quality, Outcomes, Patient Satisfaction, and Financial Stability compared to all acute care hospitals in the nation.
