Plan Your Estate!
Tues. April 14th 6:30-8:30 pm
By: Jeannene Musegades; Cost: $20
At:  Grangeville
Is it worth my time and money to have an estate plan?  Is a simple Will enough or should I have a trust?  I told my family who I want to take care of my kids – is that enough?  What are the options for land rich/cash poor farm families?  It’s hard enough to deal with the loss of a loved one without adding the legal issues of losing most of the estate to taxes.  A little pre-planning can make the process so much easier.  Learn the differences between a will and a trust as well as the burdens of each.  Long-term financial decisions, living wills and powers of attorney are also part of the estate planning process.  Learn the plan that is perfect for your family from an attorney who has devoted her entire law practice to estate planning for the past two decades.
