Senator Sheryl Nuxoll and Representatives Paul Shepherd and Shannon McMillan want to hear from you on September 11, 2015, at the Life Center of Kamiah, 6- 9 pm. We are looking for constructive feedback on how to work together. The County Commissioners of Idaho and Lewis County, as well as the Sheriff's and Under-Sheriffs are invited to hear from the people who lost homes and property. Were evacuations planned and handled accordingly? Were emergency vehicles and personnel available and in place to protect structures and lives? Did the interagency personnel of the Federal Government do all they could do? Our representatives are making themselves available to hear from you: the volunteers, the fire fighters, the ranchers and farmers that saved our homes. The Life Center is located between Kamiah and Kooskia on highway 12 and will begin at 6:00pm and go to 9:00pm. This meeting is being made available to every citizen in Idaho and Lewis Counties that has been affected by this great tragedy. Please do not miss this meeting! Our elected officials want to hear from their constituents. |
