Ralph Terhaar give cowboy poetry performance
Ralph and Sally Terhaar traveled to Spokane, WA with Don and Irma Tacke on September 30,2015.  Ralph had a cowboy poetry show to do, and Don played his washboard at "Cowboy Days"  at the Providence Adult Day Health Care facility.
Ruth Berning had asked her Uncle if he would come and perform his cowboy poetry at the facility, where she is Activity Coordinator and in charge of entertainment. Ralph said yes, brought Ruth's parents along so the "cowboy sing along" would have a washboard player too. There were around 50 clients applauding the poetry and singing along with the musicians.
A good time was had by all. Much appreciation was extended to Ralph for gifting the clients with his wit and charm. He has written and collected some hilarious and sweet poems about the cowboy life.

Ralph Terhaar recites some of his cowboy poetry at the Providence Adult Day Health Care Facility in Spokane at the request of his niece Ruth Tacke Berning who provided this photo.
