Surplus items included the extrication equipment rendered as surplus by the purchase of new equipment, grader tires, excess hall tables and a snowplow blade.
Kiley Riley submitted a bid of $2 each for the tables, no quantity listed in her bid.

Shelli Schumacher, present via speakerphone from Colorado where she was visiting a new grandchild, made the motion to do so. It was seconded and approved.
Jack Duman stated he would like to postpone any decision on the snowplow bid. He made the motion to table it, seconded and approved.
