Seattle man wins Miata
The winner of Summit's car raffle is Kyle Kinard of Seattle Washington. Kyle is a car enthusiast and has big plans for the car, he was very excited to win. He bought a ticket at last summer's Hot August Nights in Lewiston.
The car was donated to Summit by Blanche Rockwell of Grangeville. She also won this car in 1994, and gave it as a gift to her husband, Dr. Rockwell, on his 70th birthday.
Pictured at right, presenting the car on February 14th, is student body president, Dean Stubbers with Kyle on the right. Behind the car are students from Summit Academy: Thomas and Makayla Rose, Lauren Stubbers, and Summit Academy Secretary, Amy Rose.

Correction
In the Summit at Lapwai game writeup in last week's update we had a misunderstanding about the game statistics.
Apparently Tyler Krogh missed the game due to illness and Patrick Chmelik played despite being sick, so Summit’s two leading scorers throughout the season did not score at all.
Jake Stubbers, normally a sub, replaced Tyler Krogh in the starting lineup and stepped it up and poured in a season high 19 points to lead all scorers. Dylan Krogh scored 8, Caleb Currier 7, Chris Osborne 6 and Dean Stubbers 4.
Following is the corrected scoring for Summit: D. Stubbers 1, 2-3, 4; D. Krogh 3, 0-0, 8; J. Stubbers 6, 7-9, 19; Chmelik 0, 0-0, 0; Currier 3, 0-0, 7; Osborne 3, 0-1, 6. 3-pointers-Krogh 2, Currier.
