Do you have company coming and wonder how to entertain them?  Do you have a friend you’d like to invite for a day of fun?  Here’s a tour of the beautiful Monastery of St. Gertrude and the Spirit Center where you’ll learn how they operate, the rules under which the Sisters live and other interesting facts.  At the end of this two hour tour, you’ll enjoy dinner with the sisters at noon in the Monastery dining room.

BYOB (bring your own ball!) and a towel and we’ll supply the rest of the materials and know-how necessary.

Acoustic Guitar Basics

Here’s a beginning class for learning the set-up and playability of the acoustic guitar. Finger picking, flat picking and tuning the guitar will be covered.  By the end of class, students will be able to play a simple song.
