School Board meets
“At Essentia Health, we value the talent and experience that can be found within our health system and actively promote those who have demonstrated their ability to lead us to higher levels of quality, safety and service,” says Dr. David Herman, CEO of Essentia Health. “So we are very pleased to announce that Chief Administrative Officer, Lenne Bonner, has accepted our invitation to serve as President of Clearwater Valley and St. Mary’s Hospitals and Clinics.” Bonner has served as Interim President since Patrick Branco’s resignation in July 2015.
Since joining CVHC as Chief Financial Officer in 2006, Lenne has served in a number of leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer, Interim Chief Executive Officer, and most recently Chief Administrative Officer and Interim President. “In all of these roles, she has proven herself an adept and adaptive leader capable of maintaining strong relationships with medical staff, employees and the larger community,” says Herman. “She combines ideal experience in financial and operational management with strong interpersonal skills that inspire others to strive for excellence.”
Bonner has proven that she is passionate about making sure rural geography isn’t a barrier to delivering high-quality care. “She is committed to finding new and innovative approaches to meeting patients’ needs in the 21st century and she is confident this will happen thanks to the quality and dedication of everyone she works with at Clearwater Valley and St. Mary’s Hospitals and Clinics,” says Herman.
“I’m very grateful to all of our employees, patients and communities for the support they have shown me in my interim role,” says Lenne Bonner. “I look forward to leading these organizations through the challenging and exciting times ahead in order to continue to deliver high quality care in our communities.”
Dr. Herman would like to invite all the communities served by CVHC and SMH to join him in welcoming Lenne to her new role. “We look forward to working with her to make a healthy difference in the lives of the patients we serve."
