All-WPL teams named
Four players from the Prairie Lady Pirates and one from the Summit Lady Patriots have been named to their respective All Whitepine League teams. Angela Wemhoff and Chaye Uptmor were named to the first team in Division 1 with Kylie Tidwell making the second team and Sydney Bruner honorable mention. For Summit, Ally Sonnen was named to the second team for Division 2. Lapwai dominated the Division 1 selections with 4 of the seven players named to the first team along with co-players of the year Iris Domebo and Koyama Young. Troy’s Aaron Dail was the coach of the year. Nezperce dominated the Division 2 awards with player of the year Kortne Carpenter and coach of the year Dave Snodgrass and 2 players on the first team. |
