girls win twice
The Summit Academy Lady Patriots suffered their first two losses of the season this past week. On Thursday, Dec. 7 they lost at Nezperce 26-52 and on Saturday, Dec. 9 at Cottonwood they lost to Deary 27-30. The Indians extended the lead to 16-43 after 3 quarters. Summit outscored them 10-9 in the fourth quarter. Taylor Lustig led Summit with 11 points with Lauren Stubbers scoring 8, Erin Chmelik 4 and Claira Osborne 3. Nezperce took over sole possession of first place in the league with the win. Both had been unbeaten in league heading into the game.
