Attn: Idaho County Farmers and Ranchers who are interested in property rights and water issues. Idaho County Farm Bureau is sponsoring Tim Lowry from Owyhee County Idaho to lead a talk and discussion on how he and Paul Nettleton defeated the BLM at the Idaho Supreme Court to keep their stockwater rights on federal ground. Despite resistance from the State of Idaho, two brave ranchers spent millions of save their stockwater rights. Look up Joyce Livestock vs US on the web.
