Hell's Gate State Park to celebrate 40th year
The Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation and Hells Gate State Park invite residents of the Lewis Clark Valley and surrounding area to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Hells Gate State Park on October 20,2018 at 12:00 p.m.  Cake and refreshments will be served at the Large Shelter in the Day Use Area. 
The park was dedicated April 27, 1978 and included a boat launch, boat moorage, a day use area, a swimming beach, three camp loops, and a visitor center dedicated in memory of Idaho State Representative Ed Williams.
